Project Description

The Panoramic Collection has been created to be the finest residences in the City of London. This extraordinary collection of 12 lateral and one duplex apartment occupies four floors above the 30th floor of The Heron, a 36 storey tower in the heart of London’s financial district. Each of the residences offers an enviable sense of open space, coupled with breathtaking views and natural light throughout.
For those who demand the best of London, the Panoramic Collection is located to give residents access to one of the world’s great cities and all that it has to offer.

The Panoramic Collection has been finished to exacting standards throughout. Each of the thirteen residences is offered in either a dark or light palette, allowing residents to choose a finish most in keeping with their taste and preference.

The choice of materials in both of the options is of a superior quality. Bookmatched marble, bespoke sized herringbone oak floors, dramatic feature stone walls, all echo the discerning taste of the resident, and feature throughout the whole building. Fixtures and fittings are of the highest standards. Kitchen and bathroom appliances are chosen to satisfy the fine balance of performance and aesthetics.

Providing a first port of call for residents’ needs, a concierge is available to arrange for the provision of many services for residents. These range from housekeeping and a dedicated private butler service exclusively for The Panoramic Collection, to tailored help with restaurant reservations, theatre tickets, secretarial services and travel arrangements.

Each resident will have membership to The Heron’s Private Club. It is proposed that the club floor will include a bar with cafe dining, a screening room, private dining and a meeting room with conferencing and business facilities. A private gym with facilities for personal training will also be located on this level. The club and roof garden offer a perfect space to receive and entertain guests, or simply relax in a unique and tranquil setting overlooking the City.

The slender 36 floor residential tower is a fusion of contemporary architecture and sophisticated design exhibiting graceful lines and a seamless exterior finish. The facade will appear as a large scale mosaic, featuring panels of clear, opaque black and dark grey glass and silver anodized aluminum, all outlined with polished stainless steel. The resulting surface will be highly reflective and visually exciting. Inside, prudent positioning of supporting columns will allow for fully glazed corners to the apartments, providing exceptional views.

Environmental sustainability is a major factor in design of The Heron. As much as possible, the development will utilize the Citigen Combined Heat and Power system for heating, cooling and hot water. This highly efficient strategy will effectively reduce the carbon footprint of the development. Overall The Heron adheres closely to the GLA’s aspirations to make London a low carbon city.
